GENERAL FEATURES
Our project is built on 7185 m2 land, consists of ground + 3 floors and 3 linear blocks. All blocks have 2 entrances and there are 2 elevators in each block. In total, there are 6 independent inputs, A1-A2 / B1-B2 / C1-C2, in 3 linear blocks. The location of our project is in the most prestigious region of Antalya, Uncalı-Konaklar region. Our project consists of 44 residences, all of which are 3+1.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS
- • Ladders have been designed with fire and earthquake safety in mind. In this sense, the stairs are surrounded by reinforced concrete curtains and each hall is designed to have a fire cabinet.
- • Our reinforced concrete project was designed using reinforced concrete shear columns in accordance with earthquake regulations.
- • All flats will have a Smart Home System with video intercom. (Different scenarios will be prepared with a single click and various options will be presented.)
- • Heating and cooling system in all flats will be remotely controlled via wifi.
- • In each flat, 5 Daikin brand inverter air conditioners will be installed in all rooms, living room and kitchen. (Daikin SHIRA PLUS air conditioner with outdoor unit selection suitable for full capacity operation)
- • All air conditioners have remote control feature via wifi and virus removal feature.
- • All apartments will have a floor heating system with a Rehau brand room thermostat. (Each room will be able to set its own rating.)
- • All apartments will have a Viessmann brand full condensing natural gas combi boiler.
- • All flats will have a professional sound and heat insulation system. (Professional sound insulation material will be applied between the walls between the 2 flats.)
- • Living room floors in all flats will be covered with laminated top level 12mm laminate flooring.
- • Exterior doors of all flats will be Sur or Kale brand 1st class steel doors with fingerprint system.
- • Rehau brand 70mm profile PVC joinery will be used in all flats and Volswagen sliding systems will be used.
- • All apartments will have electric Rehau blinds and mosquito nets.
- • Neutral 50-33 thermal glass comfort will be used in all apartments. (4+12+4 glass thickness)
- • Kitchen cabinets in all apartments will be lineadecor or lacquered with mdf body. (Products such as water trap, dustbin, cutlery will be placed inside.)
- • All flats will have Siemens brand high-end Cooker, Oven, Hood, Microwave, Dishwasher and Franke brand garbage disposal.
- • First class ceramics and marble will be used in all flats in accordance with the interior architectural design.
- • Bathroom shower cabins in all apartments will be Hüppe brand, washbasins will be Vitra or Corian washbasin, armature and shower sets will be Grohe or HansGrohe brand.
- • There will be a generator in a soundproof enclosure and cabin that will cover all flats and common areas.
- • A wifi system will be established to cover common areas and general areas.
- • A connection will be established between the elevators to be used in the project and the security cabin.
- • All the materials in our project will be applied as drawn by our Architect and Interior Architect in the 3d visuals, and the materials to be used will be the same as the 3d visuals.
